摘要
针对人工掺水加药存在加药强度大、人力成本高、药量水量浪费大等问题,通过国内油井加药技术调研,设计研制油井自动掺水加药装置,实现了集药剂存储、掺水混合、自动掺水、数据远传为一体的"定量化、可控化、可视化、无人化"井口加药方式,减少人员和车辆的动用次数,大幅降低工人加药的劳动强度,为数字化无人值守提供技术借鉴。
Aiming at problems of great labor intensity,high labor cost and great waste of dosage and water in artificial watering and dosing,an auto oil-well watering and dosing device is designed and developed based on investigation into oil-well dosing technology in China,realizing a wellhead dosing method which integrates drug storage,watering mixture,auto watering and data remote transmission.This device reduces employment frequency of staff and vehicle,decreases dramatically labor intensity of artificial dosing and provides a technical reference for digitization unattended operation.
