摘要
针对人工加药方式存在一次性加药不能连续发挥药效 ,路况差井和偏远井加药质量得不到保证及工人劳动强度大等缺陷 ,研制了以油井高压水为动力的自动加药装置。该装置安装于单井井口 ,利用油井自身混输管线分离出来的游离水作为加药水源 ,实现了定时、定量自动加药 ,完全替代了人工加药 ,每年可节约 2 16人次的劳务工作量。该装置用于腐蚀严重井可使油井免修期延长 1倍以上 ,用于电热杆井单井日节电 70 0kW·h。
A new oil well automatic drug-adding device is developed in the light of the shortcomings of the existing manual drug-adding method. Installed in the wellhead of a single well, and adopting the high-pressure water in oil wells as power, the new device can realize automatic drug adding timely and quantificationally. By using this new drug-adding device, the labor intension of the operators can be lightened greatly, and a mass of electric energy for the production of eletrothermic rod wells can be saved.
