摘要
目的分析南京市医疗放射工作者的体检资料,了解其血液系统健康状况,并提出防制措施。方法收集南京市从事医疗放射工作医护人员的职业健康检查资料,按工种、性别和工龄分层,分析外周血象、微核率和染色体畸变率等血液系统的指标。结果南京市暴露医用射线的医师、技师、护士的白细胞、血小板、红细胞、血红蛋白、微核率、染色体畸变率平均值都在正常范围之内;女护士的白细胞异常率明显高于女医师和女技师,接触工龄超过20年的护士其白细胞值降低最显著。结论低照射水平下医疗放射从业人群造血系统总体正常,但有部分血液指标异常,应继续加强相关工作人员的辐射暴露监护。
Objective To investigate blood system health status of medical staffs with medical radiation exposure by analyzing occupational health examination data in Nanjing.Methods Occupation health examination data of medical radiation staffs in Nanjing were collected.Subjects were stratified by work types,gender,length of service,indicators such as peripheral blood,micronucleus rate and chromosome aberration rate were analyzed.Results The average values of white blood cells(WBC),platelets,red blood cells,hemoglobin,micronucleus rate and chromosome aberration rate of doctors,technicians and nurses were all in normal ranges.The WBC abnormal rate of female nurses was significantly higher than that of female doctors or technicians.WBC significantly decreased among nurses with exposure time of more than 20 years.Conclusion The hematopoietic systems of medical radiation population were generally normal under low irradiation level exposure.However,indices of partial medical stuffs were abnormal which indicate further surveillance of radiation exposure of female nurses should be strengthened.
