摘要
目的调查某市放射线医务从业人员健康状况及防护情况。方法选取某市放射线医务从业人员420名为调查对象,采用自制问卷调查一般人口学资料、健康指标检查以及放射防护知识。结果420名放射医务人员中,检出问题前3位依次为血液指标异常(28.10%)、晶状体异常(25.00%)和高血压(22.38%),此外涉及肝功能异常、肾功能异常、染色体异常、微核阳性、心电图异常率分别为11.19%、10.71%、5.71%、5.71%和2.86%。420名放射医务人员中,人均年辐射剂量为(0.52±0.13)mSv/a,以介入治疗人员[(1.95±0.33)mSv/a]和一级医院[(0.75±0.12)mSv/a]人均年辐射剂量最高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同工龄、工种及医院级别医务人员的放射防护知识掌握情况比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论长期低剂量放射线暴露对放射线医务从业人员健康有影响,影响程度与性别、工种和工龄相关,防护水平有待提高,应加强防护意识、操作规范及防护技能培训。
Objective To investigate the health status and protection of radiation medical practitioners in a city.Methods 420radiation medical personnel from a city were selected as the subjects,and self-designed questionnaire including general demographic data,health inspection and radiological protection knowledge was used for the investigation.Results Among the 420radiology medical personnel,the health problems in the first three were abnormal blood index(28.10%),abnormal lens(25.00%)and hypertension(22.38%),next in order were abnormal liver function(11.19%),abnormal kidney function(10.71%),chromosomal abnormalities(5.71%),positive micronucleus(5.71%),and abnormal ECG(2.86%),respectively.The average annual radiation dose was(0.52±0.13)mSv/a,with the highest average annual radiation dose among the interventional therapy personnel[(1.95±0.33)mSv/a]and the first-grade hospital[(0.75±0.12)mSv/a],and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences(P<0.05)in the knowledge of radiological protection of medical personnel of different working years,types of work and hospital levels.Conclusions Long-term low doses of radiation exposure to radiation have influence on the health in medical practitioners,and the influence degree is associated with sex,type of work,and length of service,protection level.The protection consciousness,standard operation and protection skills training should be strengthened.
