摘要
句容市客运交通枢纽-酒店、商业是一个多层商业建筑与高层酒店基础连在一起的复杂的高层建筑综合体,酒店为28层的框架核心筒结构,商业建筑为6层的多层框架。文章通过增加1层地下室,使基础直接落到下面的岩石上,可以免去打桩的费用,直接设计筏板基础,很好的解决了2种不同体系之间的差异沉降。工程由于在4层设置大卖场,层高剧增,形成薄弱层,导致上下层的刚度突变,通过调节上下层的墙体厚度,可以解决这种刚度突变的难题,同时将原本酒店外侧的局部一跨的小裙楼改为钢结构,可以有效的减少刚度的偏心。计算结果表明经过这些调整后整个结构各种技术指标均满足规范的要求。
Jurong municipal bus station-hotel,commercial comprehensive system is a complex high-rise building.The hotel, a 28-story tall structure,is connected to the commercial building with 6-story by lying on the same foundation.In this paper an extra story of underground space was proposed which enable the foundation to reach the layer of rock directly.A raft foundation designed without pile greatly reduced the cost of the construction and favourably solve the problem of differential settlement of two kinds of different buildings.In this project the fourth story-height is sharply increased because of the arrangement of supermarket.So a weak story came out due to the sudden change of the stiffness.we adjusted the thickness of the wall of the tube to relieve the change.Meanwhile we transformed the 6-story small concrete frame affiliated to the hotel to steel structure so as to effectively reduce the eccentricity of stiffness.The calculating results illustrate various kinds of technological index are within the scope of relevant code requirement.
