摘要 东方艺术中心是一个包括多个音乐厅和剧场的大型复杂建筑,通过抗震缝分为五个结构单体,每个单体都是平面和竖向极不规则的框架剪力墙结构体系。本文从基础设计、上部结构布置、结构整体计算分析等三方面介绍了该工程的混凝土结构设计,总结了剧场建筑的结构设计要点。本结构设计的主要特点是:①基础抗压抗拔均采用预应力高强度混凝土管桩,通过节点构造措施保证了桩顶的受力合理,同时达到了经济高效的目的。②升降机械舞台的基坑侧壁利用地下连续墙按两墙合一设计;③由于使用功能的要求,剪力墙布置分散,在每个单体的顶部设置环形大板,能有效地提高结构整体刚度并协调各片剪力墙的顶点位移,起到控制结构变形的作用,更为钢结构屋盖的支座布置带来方便。 Oriental Art Center is an intricate building which can be divided into five structural units by anti-seismic joints. Each unit is an irregular frame-shear-wall system vertically and horizontally. This paper has introduced the concrete structural design for this project from three aspects, namely foundation design, upper structural arrangement and computer analysis. It has also summarized the key points for the structural design of theater. The major features of this project design are as follows: OBoth compression pile and tension pile are PHC piles. The details of joints can ensure reasonable force action upon top pile efficiently and economicly. ①For the pit of the main stage elevator, the diaphragm wall is also working as a retaining wall. ② Shear wall is dispersedly arranged in order to meet functional requirements. The ring slab disposed on top of each structural unit not only can upgrade the whole structural rigidity, and coordinate the drift at the top of each shear wall efficiently, but also can harmonize the structure deformation at each point. More importantly, it can bring convenience for arranging supports of steel tresses under the roof.
