2种组培方式草莓的扩繁效果及光合特性

摘要 比较分析固体培养基组织培养方式与生物反应器培养方式下草莓组培扩繁效果及其穴盘苗的光合特性。采用LC Pro+型便携式光合系统测定2种组培方式获得的组培穴盘苗的净光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(Gs)、蒸腾速率(E)、叶胞间CO2浓度(Ci)。结果显示,在个体生物量和种苗增殖系数方面,红颊草莓快速扩繁采用生物反应器培养方式极显著优于固体培养基组培方式;在光合速率、气孔导度和呼吸效率方面,生物反应器培养方式的组培穴盘苗显著优于固体培养基培养方式的组培穴盘苗;在胞间CO2浓度(Ci)方面,生物反应器培养方式的组培穴盘苗与固体培养基培养方式的组培穴盘苗差异不显著。
