摘要
采用LCPro+便携式光合测定系统,对耐冬山茶春季净光合速率、蒸腾速率、暗呼吸速率、水分利用效率、气孔导度的日变化规律进行了测定,结果显示3月、4月、5月的净光合速率值分别为3.62umolm-2s-1、3.55 umolm-2s-1、3.69 umolm-2s-1,5月>3月>4月,蒸腾速率、暗呼吸速率、气孔导度呈现相同的变化趋势。而水分利用效率分别为4月份>3月份>5月份。
Using the LCPro+ , The net photosynthetic rate, transpiration rate, dark respiration, water use efficiency and stomata conductance were determined in March, April and May in the normal condition. The net photosynthetic rate were3.62umolm^-2s^-1 , 3.55umolm^-2s^-1, 3.69 umolm^-2s^-1. In May, The net photosynthetic rate, transpiration rate, dark respiration and stomata conductance is the best. but the best water use efficiency is in April, this research is good for its application.
