摘要
光敏色素作用因子(PIFs)在植物生长发育和信号调控中发挥枢纽作用。为构建拟南芥PIFs转录因子PIF3的过表达载体,以蘸花法转化拟南芥,筛选获得过表达纯合株系,结合PIF3的突变体材料,对PIF3的节水抗旱功能进行分析。通过节水抗旱表型观察、离体叶片失水率测定、扫描电镜分析气孔等试验,发现拟南芥PIFs转录因子PIF3通过调节气孔开闭影响蒸腾,具有节水抗旱的功能。
Phytochrome-interacting factors (PIFs),as cellular signaling hubs,play apivotal role in plant growth and development.In this study,an over-expression vector of PIF3 was constructed and transformed into Arabidopsis.The over-expression transgenic and mutant plant of PIF3 were used to analyze the function of water-saving and drought-resistance of PIF3 based on the transpiration phenotype observation,water loss rate of leaf measurement and stomatal observation in Arabidopsis.These observations suggest that PIF3 can act as stomatal regulator and plays a pivotal role in transpiration restriction mechanism that functions as an adaptation to drought stress.
