姜曲海猪FoxO1基因遗传多态性及与肉质性状的相关分析 被引量:2

摘要 为探究姜曲海猪FoxO转录因子家族中FoxO1基因的多态性及其与肉质性状的相关性,采用内切酶Bpil PCR-RFLP分子标记技术,分析了112头姜曲海猪FoxO1基因外显子1的遗传变异情况。结果表明,姜曲海猪试验猪群Bpil酶切位点存在多态性,酶切得到EE、Ee、ee 3种基因型,E基因频率为0.8 3 4 8,表现为低度多态(PIC=0.2 3 7 8);试验猪群的基因频率和基因型频率都处于哈迪温伯格平衡状态(P>0.05)。分析不同基因型对肉质性状的影响,发现FoxO1基因第1外显子Bpil酶切位点多态性与猪肌内脂肪含量、大理石纹和剪切力性状关联显著。可见,姜曲海猪FoxO1基因的多态性对其肉质性状有重要的影响。 To identify the polymorphism of transcription factor family member FoxO1 gene and its correlation with meat quality of swine, PCR-RFLP ( Bpil restriction enzyme) was employed to study the genetic variation of FoxO1 gene ex-on 1 in 112 Jiangquhai swine. Three polymorphic loci were detected in FoxO1 exon 1 with three genotypes ( EE/Ee/ee) . The frequency of allele E was 0. 834 8, showing low polymorphism (PIC=0. 237 8). The gene frequencies and genotype frequencies of swine followed Hardy-Weinberg law ( P>0. 05 ) . The polymorphism in FoxO1 in exon 1 showed significant correlations wih intramuscular fat ( IMF) content, marbling and shear stress. It was obvious that the polymophism of FoxO1 gene might contribute to meat quality.
