摘要
中国传统法治文化是中华先哲创造并传承下来的宝贵遗产,深刻地影响着当代国人的思想观念、道德规范和价值选择。以习近平同志为核心的党中央高度重视法治在治国理政中的重要性,将中国传统法治文化创造性地运用到国家治理实践中,创建出了具有中国文化特色的依法治国新体系。研究习近平继承和创新中国传统法治文化的程度与方式,对于我们更好地理解习近平治国理政方略和增强民族文化自信具有重要意义。
Chinese traditional nomocracy culture is a precious heritage created and inherited by Chinese sages,exercising great influence on contemporary Chinese people’s thoughts,morality and value.The Party Central Committee with Xi Jinping as the core attaches great importance to the rule of law,and applies Chinese traditional nomocracy culture to national governance practice,creating the new system of rule of law with Chinese culture characteristics.Studying the degree and way Xi Jinping inherits and innovates Chinese traditional nomocracy culture is of great significance for us to better understand his strategy of administering state and government and strengthen our national cultural confidence.
