摘要
对我国古代大量政治法律文献的梳理分析表明,充分研究发掘以"民惟邦本"、"礼法合治"、尚"公"重"正"、"清官"信仰、"无讼是求"等为精神内核的中华优秀传统法治文化资源,对新时代加强社会主义法治文化建设,践行"以人为本执政为民"理念,实行依法治国和以德治国相结合,破除人治精神枷锁,维护社会公平正义,具有极其重要的借鉴意义。
As is indicated in an analysis of a large number of political and legal literature in ancient China,the comprehensive research and excavation of the Chinese excellent traditional culture resources of rule-of-law,which is spiritually cored in "people being essence of a state","ruling by law and courtesy","upholding principle of justice","believing in incorruptible officials" and "pursuing no lawsuits",is of vital reference significance for strengthening the construction of socialist culture of rule-of-law,implementing the concept of people-oriented and governance for the people,practicing the idea of governance by law and virtue,breaking the spiritual shackles of rule of man,and maintaining social fairness and justice in the new era.
