摘要
事故的发生可理解为系统内某些参数的连续变化引起系统的突变质变,系统自安全状态转化为事故状态实际上是一种突变现象。详细地分析事故原因的系统,介绍了突变理论在事故预防管理中的应用及预防管理措施,说明将突变理论应用于事故预防管理中,建立事故突变理论是非常必要的。
The accident occurrence can be understood as the system abrupt and qualitative change caused by the continuous change of some parameters in the system. The transfer of the system from safety state to accident state is in fact an abrupt phenomenon. The paper makes a detailed analysis of the accident causes, describes the application of abrupt theory in the accident prevention management and illustrates that it is very necessary to apply the abrupt theory in the accident management and to establish the accident abrupt theory.
