摘要
采用经济博弈论分析了石油天然气企业的安全监管问题。文章根据石油天然气企业的特点,建立了政府安全监管部门与石油天然气企业之间以及企业内部监管机构和一线操作员工之间的博弈模型,在此基础上对两个博弈模型进行了求解,得到了各自的最优策略概率,并对此进行了分析。
We adopt economic game theory to analyze the problem of Oil and gas enterprise security monitoring. According to the Oil and Gas Enterprise features, we established two game models. One is between the government safety supervision departments and the oil and gas enterprises, the other one is between internal supervisory department and frontline staff. On this basis, we solved the two game models, gained their probability of optimal strategies, and conducted the analysis.
