摘要 采煤机截割厚度是煤岩截割的重要参数,也是影响煤矿经济效益的关键参数。通过建立以截割比能耗、生产效率和块煤率为基础的模型,对采煤机的牵引速度和滚筒的截割转速进行分析,通过MATLAB进行仿真优化,优化后的截割比能耗、生产效率和块煤率均有明显改善。 The cutting thickness of shearer is an important parameter of coal and rock cutting,and also a key parameter affecting the economic benefits of coal mine.Based on the model of cutting specific energy consumption,production efficiency and lump coal rate,the traction speed of shearer and cutting speed of drum are analyzed,and the simulation optimization is carried out by MATLAB.By comparison,the optimized cutting specific energy consumption,production efficiency and lump coal rate are obviously improved.
