摘要
冬季火车运输煤炭时,极易因温度过低而发生煤炭冻结现象。采用翻车机卸车后,车厢底部及侧壁会残留大量的冻结煤,极大地影响铁路运输效率和安全。为解决冻煤清理问题,安装有截齿的清车机应运而生。截齿作为清理冻煤的主要工具,其安装角度对冻煤清理效果及截齿使用寿命等都有重大影响。通过截齿仿真分析对不同的截齿安装角度进行研究,研究发现当安装角度为40°~45°时,截齿所受应力较小,冻煤清理效果好。该研究为实际生产过程中截齿的安装角度提供了理论依据,同时对提高截齿使用寿命和铁路煤炭运输效率具有重要意义。
When coal is transported in winter,it is extremely easy to freezedue to low temperature.After the car is unloaded by the dumper,a large amount of frozen coal will remain at the bottom and side wall of the car,which greatly affects the efficiency and safety of railway transportation.To solve the problem of frozen coal,car cleaning machine with cutting pick came into being.As the cleaning tool for frozen coal,angle of installation of cutting pick has a major impact on the cleaning effect of frozen coal and the service life of the cutting pick.Studied the different angle of installation of the cutting pick through the simulation analysis.Research found that when the angle of installation is 40°-45°,the stress on the cutting pick is smaller and the frozen coal cleaning effect is finer.This study provides a theoretical basis for the angle of installation of the cutting pick in the actual production process,and this is greatly significance for improving the service life of the cutting pick and the efficiency of railway transportation of coal.
