摘要
研究了转子型翻车机质心与翻卸角的关系,建立了基于质心变化轨迹有利于驱动和系统稳定的多目标优化模型,利用MATLAB研制开发了转子型翻车机质心优化和配重设计的软件系统,应用实例表明,优化后质心轨迹得到很大改善,力矩减少25.85%。该软件已在转子型翻车机部分新产品设计中得到应用,可为类似问题提供一种设计工具。
Studying the relationship between the centroid of railcar dumper and rotation angle, a multiobjective optimization model was established to improve drive efficiency and system stability. And a software was developed by MATLAB, which can be applied in centroid optimization and counterweight design of rotary railcar dumper. Engineering practice shows that the centroid trajectory was improved greatly and the torque was reduced by 25.85% after optimization. The software has been applied in the new products development of rotary railcar dumper, and provides a design method for similar problems.
