摘要
以100μm厚的Nb箔作为中间层,采用电阻点焊来对钛与不锈钢进行焊接,对焊接接头熔核区的微观组织的进行观察分析,研究了影响Ti/Nb/SUS304点焊接头熔核大小和接头抗剪力的焊接参数。结果表明:焊接接头靠近Ti侧有(α-Ti)+TiFe形成,靠近SUS304侧形成了TiFe2+(Fe)层;焊接接头熔核内部主要由等轴晶TiFe和TiFe2构成;随着焊接电流、时间及电极压力的增大,点焊接头的抗剪力先增加后降低,最大抗剪力为6.62 kN。
Using 100μm thick Nb foil as the interlayer,titanium and stainless steel were welded by resistance spot welding,microstructure of the nugget zone of the welded joint was observed and analyzed,and the welding parameters that affected the nugget size and shear resistance of the Ti/Nb/SUS304 spot welding joint were studied.The results show that the(α-Ti)+TiFe layer is formed near the Ti side of the welded joint,the TiFe2+(Fe)layer is formed near the SUS304 side,and the core of the nugget zone of the welded joint is mainly composed of equiaxed crystal TiFe and TiFe2.With the increase of welding current,welding time and electrode pressure,the shear resistance of the spot welding joint increases at first and then decreases,and the maximum shear resistance is 6.62 kN.
