摘要
针对电阻点焊生产过程特点,建立了以工控机、数据采集卡、信号调理适配卡和各种传感器为硬件信息采集平台,软件上运用VB6.0和模块化设计方法,设计了一套电阻点焊过程及质量在线监控信息评价系统。此系统能够及时采集焊接过程电流、电压、电极压力以及电极位移等信息,以这些信息提取特征参数,作为预测模型的输入参量,建立输入参量与焊接质量的映射关系,实现对焊接质量及时准确的评价。
In this paper, based on the characteristics of resistance spot welding production process, an on-line monitoring information evaluation system for resistance spot welding process and quality is designed, which is based on industrial computer, data acquisition card, signal conditioning adapter card and various sensors as hardware information acquisition platform. The software is programmed by VB6.0 object-oriented programming language and modular design method. This system can collect the information of current, voltage, electrode pressure and electrode displacement in welding process in time, and extract characteristic parameters from these information as input parameters of prediction model, establish mapping relationship between input parameters and welding quality, and realize timely and accurate evaluation of welding quality.
