铝-铜连续驱动摩擦焊接接头的组织与性能 被引量:3

Microstructure and properties of welded joints of Al-Cu continuous drive friction welding

摘要 采用C320型连续驱动摩擦焊机,在主轴转速500 r/min,摩擦时间7 s,顶锻保压时间6 s条件下,实现了Ф25 mm铜棒材和Ф28 mm铝棒材的连续驱动摩擦焊接,得到了铝-铜双金属试样。用光学显微镜、显微硬度计、电子万能实验机和电导仪等研究了铝-铜连续驱动摩擦焊接接头的组织与性能。结果表明,焊接结合面连接良好,无焊接缺陷;焊缝区的拉伸、压缩和弯曲变形性能好,焊接接头的显微硬度和结合强度高,导电性能良好。 The continuous drive friction welding ofФ25 mm copper bar andФ28 mm aluminum bar was realized by using C320 continuous drive friction welding machine under the conditions of spindle speed of 500 r/min,friction time of 7 s and forging pressure holding time of6 s.Aluminum-copper bimetallic samples were obtained.The microstructure and properties of welded joints of the Al-Cu continuous drive friction welding were studied by means of optical microscope,microhardness tester,electronic universal tester and conductometer.The results show that the welded joints are well connected without welding defects,the tensile,compression and bending deformation properties of the weld seam are good,the microhardness and bonding strength of the welded joints are high,and the electrical conductivity of the welded joints is good.
