资产证券化最大的特点是由可产生稳定现金流的基础资产为资产支持证券提供本息支持,因此基础资产的选择和信用分析贯穿了整个资产支持证券发行始终。随着我国监管政策逐步放松,证券化产品的基础资产范围迅速扩大。本文从基础资产的角度出发对市场创新产品进行了梳理、思考和总结。
The key aspect of securitization is the ability to generate a stable cash flow from an underlying asset.Analyzing credit and asset selection are essential throughout the entire process of securitization.As China's regulatory policies become more accommodative,there is an expanding range of assets available for securitization.This article summarizes this trend,assessing these underlying assets and their link to product innovation.
