摘要
作者自1989年1月至1991年2月,应用环锯行颈椎前路将椎间盘摘除,人工髓核再植入椎体间隙,共作7例,随访6个月至2年未发现人工髓核有移位、椎间隙变窄或症状变坏者,效果颇佳。本文详细介绍了人工髓核的材料及手术方法。
From January 1989 to February 1991.7 cases with protrusion of cervical intervertebral disc were treated by replacement of cervical artificial nucleus pulposus. 7 cases were followed up for six months to two years and their effect were satisfactory without dislocation of artificial nucleus pulposus and narrowing of intervertebral space. This article introduce structure of artificial nucleus puposus and method of operation.
