摘要
本方法是受海口磷矿的委托,为简化硫酸生产中SO2测定操作计算过程,在不同操作温度下,根据当地大气压,将收集的余气体积与SO2浓度的定量关系制成图表,能快速准确测定SO2含量。对分析过程中出现的方法误差、试剂的使用等进行了探讨,结合实际提出了合理的解决方法。
A fast and accurate method to determine SO2 content is entrusted by Haikou Phosphorus Mine. Inorder to simplify the calculation of SO2 determination in the production of SO4, we draw a diagram showing thequantitative relationship of the concentration of SO2 and the volume of the collected remaining gas, which candetermine SO2 centent quickly and accurately. In the paper, possible errors during the analyzing process and theuse of reagents are explored and a reasonable solution is suggested.
