摘要
介绍了含氟残液充装过程中管道余气的处理方法,减少了有毒余气对人和环境的影响,大大降低了充装过程中的环境风险。
The work is focused on handling process of the fluorine - containing residual gas left in the pipeline after filling up of majority of the toxic residue in TFE production. The results of our modification showed completely eliminating the impact of the toxic gas on people and the environment and therefore clear up envirommental risks in the process.
