摘要
恶性肿瘤是目前严重威胁人类生命健康的疾病之一。众多抗肿瘤药物中,多肽类药物以其分子量小、靶向性强、活性高、毒性弱、易于穿膜吸收等特点,在抗肿瘤实验研究及临床治疗中得到广泛关注和应用。本文从多肽药物的不同来源、不同抗肿瘤机制入手,分别对各类抗肿瘤多肽、结构改造及生物活性等方面研究做一综述,为多肽抗肿瘤药物研发提供新的思路。
Malignancy is one of the serious diseases which threatens human health and even life. Among various kinds of antitumor drugs,the anti-tumor peptides get extensive attention in experimental research and clinical applications for their outstanding characteristics of small molecular weight,highly selective targeting,high activity,low toxicity,easy permeation and absorption and so on. In this paper,we sorted out various antitumor peptides according to their sources and antitumor mechanism and briefly reviewed,respectively. These peptides are described from their structure modifications and biological activities,which would provide the instructive reference for the development of novel antitumor peptide drugs.
