摘要 从生物合成法和化学合成法两个方面综述了多肽的合成,对氨基酸的羧内酸酐(NCA)法、液相分段合成法、组合化学法、酶解法、基因工程法、发酵法等进行了评述,概述了多肽在多肽药物、多肽药物载体、组织工程材料及多肽营养食品方面的应用,并对我国多肽产业的发展前景进行了展望。 The first part of this paper focuses on reviewing the methods of synthesizing polypeptides from two aspects: chemosynthesis and biosynthesis. Especially the methods which developed in recent years, such as: N-carboxyanhydrides (NCA), peptide liquid-phase segments ligation, combinatorial chemistry, enzymatic hydrolysis, gene engineering, fermenting and so on are taken as examples. After describing the method, the relative merits of each method are appreciated. At the second part of the paper, the applications in polypeptide drugs,drug carrier, tissue engineering and enriched food are summarized. At last, the prospect of polypeptide industry in China is forecast.
