摘要
随着社会经济的快速发展,目前中小企业的管理模式和理念已经无法适应新形势的需求,传统的管理理念和方式导致中小企业难以在激烈的市场竞争中占据有利的地位,使得中小企业的处境更加困难,迫使中小企业推动管理的创新。目前,大多数中小企业的管理创新理念比较落后,创新动力不足,缺乏专业的管理创新人才,为此,中小企业应该针对管理创新的现状,建立完善的管理创新动力机制,从而实现中小企业的发展和进步。
With the rapid development of social economy, the management mode and concept of small and medium-sized enterprises have been unable to adapt to the needs of the new situation, and the traditional management ideas and methods make it difficult for them to occupy a favorable position in the fierce market competition. Make the situation of small and medium-sized enterprises more difficult, forcing small and medium-sized enterprises to promote management innovation. At present, most small and medium-sized enterprises’ management innovation idea is relatively backward, the innovation motive force is insufficient, lacks the specialized management innovation talented person, therefore, the small and medium-sized enterprise should aim at the management innovation present situation, establishes the consummate management innovation motive mechanism in order to achieve the development and progress of small and medium-sized enterprises.
