摘要 随着日益发展的幼儿园人才市场对高质量学前教育人才的急求,作为高职学前教育专业,必须不断地加强自身的专业建设,迅速提升学前教育人才的质量,才能更好的与幼儿园人才市场的发展需求相适应。而在高职学前教育教学的各环节中,实践教学是培养具有实践能力和创新型人才的重要环节。本文从建构学前教育专业实践教学体系着手,并提出相对应的改善对策,旨在对高职院校学前教育专业学生实践能力的培养更好地落在实处。 With the rapid development of the kindergarten talent market for high-quality pre-primary education personnel demand, as a prevocational education, must continue to strengthen its own professional development, rapidly improve the quality of pre-school personnel in order to better meet the kindergarten talent market The development needs to adapt. In all aspects of pre-primary education in higher vocational education, practical teaching is an important part of cultivating practical talents and innovative talents. This article starts with constructing the practical teaching system of pre-school education, and puts forward the corresponding improvement measures, aiming to better implement the practical ability of pre-primary education students in higher vocational colleges.
