摘要
在大学思想政治教育中,榜样激励是一种非常常见的教学方法,既简单实用,又有较好的效果,也是对高职院校学生进行思政教育的主要手段。俗话言:榜样的力量是无穷的。因而,在学生心中树立一个好榜样会使学生以之为行为标杆,通过正面积极的激励作用完善自身行为,提升自身素养。为了使高职院校思政教育的效果进一步得到提升,也提升学生参与思政活动的积极性和主动性,在教学中应用榜样激励的方式极其重要。
In college ideological and political education, example encouragement is a very common teaching method, which is simple and practical, and has good effect.
