摘要
本文将美国学历资格框架(DQP)与高职人力资源管理专业教学标准相结合,分析了高职人力资源管理专业在专门知识、广泛和融合的知识、智力技能、应用和协作学习及公民与全球学习五大学习领域的预期学习成果,在此基础上设计了人力资源管理专业课程体系。DQP框架下高职人力资源管理专业教学标准重点包括就业面向、培养目标与预期学习成果、课程体系、教学进程安排和专业办学条件五个方面。
The United States Qualifications Framework(DQP) combined with the teaching standard of human resource management specialty in higher vocational colleges, analyzes the human resource management specialty of Higher Vocational Education in the specialized knowledge, and extensive fusion of knowledge, intellectual skills, and application of collaborative learning and Citizenship and global learning five study fields expected learning outcomes on the basis of the design of the.DQP system the framework of human resource management course in Higher Vocational Colleges under the human resources management professional teaching standards including employment oriented, training objectives and expected learning outcomes, curriculum system, teaching schedule and teaching conditions in five aspects.
