摘要
不同类型的人才培养需要不同的培养模式。高职类型的人才培养需要有与高等职业教育本质和特性相适应的培养模式,构成这种培养模式的结构要素可以概括为四个方面:培养目标的确定、培养方案的设计、培养过程的创新和评价机制的实施。
Different modes are required for different talents cultivating. Higher vocational talents cultivating requires a mode in accordance with the nature and features of higher vocational education, the structural elements of which can be generalized as four aspects： establishing the cultivation objective, designing cultivation program, innovating cultivation process and implementing evaluation mechanism.
