摘要
每年大学毕业季同样是就业压力季,我国现在并将长期处于社会主义初级阶段是我国的基本国情,人口众多也是一个不争的事实,它既为我国改革开放提供了人口红利,又促进社会各项事业有序进行,可是也存在着一定的负面影响,就是就业难、创业更难。大学生只有对自己有清醒的认识,作出科学合理的职业生涯规划才能让就业或创业的想法变成现实。本文将从就业和创业的视角审视大学生的职业规划,试图为大学生的就业和创业提供一个新的思路。

This paper will examine the college students' employment and Entrepreneurship from the visual angle of the occupation planning, trying to provide a new train of thought for college students employment and entrepreneurship.
