什么是继续教育?所谓继续教育,指的就是包括在业的、失业的以及那些退休、离休的社会成人在内的全体社会责任人,为了提高自身的文化素质和专业技能,接受各种教育服务的活动。随着科学技术的不断发展,社会对于人们的要求越来越高,不仅要求具有较高的专业技能,而且对自身的文化素质也愈加苛刻。因此,就需要促使社会上的人员接受继续教育。那么,在我国成人继续教育的发展中存在哪些问题呢?如何进行成人继续教育的管理工作呢?怎样才能是管理效果更加显著呢?这些都是在继续教育发展中需要特别关注的问题,下面我们就来系统的分析一下。
What is continuing education? The continuing education, refers to the people of all social responsibility, as well as those on-job, unemployed, retired adult, in order to improve their cultural quality and professional skills, accept all kinds of education service activities.
