摘要
在人类法律文化交流史上,中日两国之间的交流可谓是经典案例,唐代中国的法律文化传播到日本,晚清时期日本化的西方法律文化又"逆输入"到中国。正是这种交流的双向性和典型性,为我们今天开展中日两国法律词汇的比较研究提供了极佳的素材。通过对比研究,我们可以发现中日两国的法律词汇有着极大的历史渊源,彼此之间存在相互影响的现象,特别是日本近现代从西方翻译过来的法律词汇对我国现代法律词汇影响极大。
In the history of human communication of legal culture,exchanges between the two countries can be described as a classic case,China legal culture spread to Japan in the late Qing Dynasty,the Tang Dynasty,Japan's western legal culture into Chinese.It is the two-way nature of the exchange and the typical,for us today to carry out a comparative study of Chinese Japanese legal terms to provide an excellent material.Through the comparison,we can find that the legal terms between China and Japan has a great historical origin,mutual influence between each other,especially from the western modern Japanese legal vocabulary translation,influence on China's modern legal vocabulary greatly.
