摘要
近些年,随着大学生的数目的逐渐增多,给就业市场带来了较大的压力,而且就业不顺利还会影响学生的自信心,所以需要采取有效措施缓解就业压力。而要实现这一目标,最主要的就是加强高校创业教育,完善创业教育师资队伍建设,逐渐转变观念,加强创业教育教师的综合素质,从而为大学生自主创业提供充足的技术支持。本文主要分析了目前高校在创业教育师资队伍建设中存在的困境,并给出了改进策略。
In recent years,as the number of college students gradually increased,the employment market has faced greater pressure,and the job did not go well also affect their self-confidence,it is necessary to take effective measures to ease the employment pressure.To achieve this main goal,it is important to strengthen the enterprise education,improve entrepreneurship education teaching staff,and gradually change their ideas,strengthen the overall quality of entrepreneurship education teachers,so as to provide adequate technical support for college students start their own businesses.This paper analyzes the current difficulties in the College entrepreneurship education teaching staff in the presence,and gives improved strategies.
