摘要
校园欺凌是当前社会广泛关注的焦点,是贯穿于各个年龄段同时又体现不同年龄段的心理特征,超越性别又体现性别倾向性的社会现象。国外学者越来越多地从治理理论视角来分析校园欺凌问题,相关调查表明,欺凌受害者通常与个体性别、同伴关系、人格等特征相关。联合国儿童基金会的研究指出,男孩比女孩更可能欺凌别人,女孩更有可能使用人际关系形式的欺凌,我国校园欺凌相关政策存在着性别视角缺失的问题,其治理措施应该引起有关部门的重视,从社会性别角度进行防范治理。
Campus bullying is the focus of widespread concern at present.It is a social phenomenon that runs through all ages and embodies the psychological characteristics of different ages,and transcends sex and sex.More and more foreign scholars analyze the problem of campus bullying from the perspective of governance theory.Related research shows that the victims of bullying are usually associated with individual sex,peer relationship,character and other characteristics.In 2014,the United Nations Children’s fund study pointed out that boys are more likely to bully others than girls and girls are more likely to use bullying in the form of interpersonal relationships.There is a lack of gender perspective in our school bullying related policies.The governance measures should arouse the attention of the relevant departments and take precautions from the gender perspective.Reason.
