摘要
高等教育是一个国家发展水平和发展潜力的重要标志。党的十九大报告中提出要"加快一流大学和一流学科建设,实现高等教育内涵式发展"。建设政治素质过硬、业务能力精湛、育人水平高超的高素质教师队伍则是大学建设的基础性工作。班主任是学生健康成长的引路人,在思想引领、学业指导、大学生涯辅导和职业规划等工作方面发挥了重要作用。本文分析高校学生群体特征和班主任工作目标,对如何提高班主任的工作绩效做出思考。
Higher education is an important symbol of a country’s development level and potential.In the report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China,it is proposed to'speed up the construction of first-class universities and disciplines and realize the connotative development of higher education'.The basic work of university construction is to build a contingent of high-quality teachers with excellent political quality,professional competence and educational level.The head teacher is the guide for the healthy growth of students,and plays an important role in Ideological guidance,academic guidance,career guidance and career planning.This paper analyses the characteristics of college students and the work objectives of head teachers,and makes some reflections on how to improve the work performance of head teachers.
