摘要
实施"大类招生、分流培养"的模式受到了当前很多本科院校的重视。但在实际运行过程中仍有很多问题存在,如大类设置的合理性、分流实施方案的设计、大类基础课程的设置、分流后的学生心理疏导等。针对上述问题,提出经验借鉴、专家咨询、个别谈心、成长导师、案例展示、集体活动等解决措施。
The mode of Extensive Enrollment, Classified Cultivating is adopted by many universities in China. However, many problems exist in the cultivating model, such as rationality of classification, implementing plan of classification, basic course settings of categories, psychological problems of students after classification. So some solutions were provided, such as experience reference, expert consultation, heart-to-heart talk, tutor of student growth, case demonstration and collective activity.
