摘要
目的:建立9种精神安定药物的血药浓度系统测定法,为临床用药提供科学依据。方法:用薄层层析分离定性,用薄层扫描法测定含量。结果:用一套展开系统同时对9种药物一次性展开,分离度良好,不同波长下对9种药物进行薄层扫描,线性关系、精密度和稳定性均符合定量要求。结论:此方法简单、快速、准确,可用于药物中毒时的血药浓度分析及药物监测。
Objective:simultaneous determination of nine psycho sedatives in serum was made to help doctors make effective rescue.Method:TLC the quantitative TLC scanning made determi- nation did the qualitative separation.Results:nine psycho sedatives were separated very well by one mobile phase,the recovery,accuracy and stability of TLC scanning on varied wave—lengths were satisfactory.Conclusion:this method is simple,rapid,and accurate.it can be used in poison analysis and therapeutic drug monitoring.
