摘要
随着时代发展的趋势,传统的高校学生管理工作面临严峻挑战,学生个体的精致化培养,必然演变为高校学生管理的重要方向之一。本文以团日活动为切入点,运用高校学生管理工作精致化育人理念,积极探索适应时代发展的高校学生管理模式,改革和创新高校学生管理工作。
With the trend of the development of the times,the traditional management of college students face serious challenges,cultivate students' individual refinement,inevitable evolution is one of the most important direction of the student management in Colleges and universities.This paper to tuanri activities as the breakthrough point,using college students management work fine Genesis concept,explore actively adapt to the college student management pattern of the development of the times,reform and innovation of college student management work.
