摘要
在探索人才培养创新形式的实践中,"精致育人"模式进入了新时代高校思想政治教育工作者的视野。"精致育人"模式是一个以大学生的有效需求为出发点,尊重大学生的个体差异,以"文"教化人心,在规则之下引导大学生个性发展的人才培养过程。它在教育的内容上体现针对性,在教育安排上体现科学性,在教育方法上体现艺术性。基于此,从问题导向型需求管理、规则意识下个性管理、扁平化组织项目管理、兴趣朋辈型自我管理、精致模块式以文化人、思想政治教育微辅导等六个方面,构建了新时代背景下高校思想政治教育"精致育人"模式。
In the practice of exploring innovative talent cultivation modes, “fine cultivation” gains the attention of university political and ideological education workers in the new times, a mode that takes university students reasonable needs as the starting point, respects individual differences, nurtures the soul with humanism and guides them to develop in a personalized way under the guidance of rules. It is targeted in education content, scientific in education arrangement and artistic in education methods. Therefore, this paper tries to construct “fine cultivation” mode of university political and ideological education in the new times from aspects of question-oriented need management, individual management based on rule consciousness, flat organizational management, interest and peer self-management, humanistic talent cultivation characterized by fine modules and micro-guidance of political and ideological education.
