摘要
目的:探究优质护理模式应用于心血管内科护理工作中的临床价值。方法:选取我院2015年5月~11月应用优质护理模式进行护理的120例心血管内科疾病患者进行了分析,并将其作为观察组;另选取使用普通方式护理的120例心血管内科疾病患者作为对照组,比较两组护理的有效性以及护理满意程度。结果:观察组生活质量优良率的96.6%高于对照组生活质量优良率的83.3%;观察对护理总满意度的94.2%高于对照组对护理总满意度的66.7%,两组数据具有明显差异,具有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论:使用优质护理模式对患者进行护理,增强了患者的满足感以及生活质量,具有较高的临床应用价值。
Objective:To explore the model of high quality nursing care in the cardiovascular internal medicine nursing clinical value.Methods:From May 2015 to November high quality nursing mode of nursing 120 patients with cardiovascular internal medicine diseases were analyzed,and as agroup;Another selection using normal way of nursing 120 patients with cardiovascular internal medicine diseases as control group,compared two groups of the effectiveness of nursing and nursing satisfaction.Result:The observation group the rate of good quality of life was 96.6% higher than the control group was 83.3%;Observation of the total satisfaction of nursing 94.2% higher than that of control group 66.7%to the total satisfaction of nursing,two groups of data has obvious differences,statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Using high quality nursing care model to nursing care of patients,increase the satisfaction of patients and the quality of life,has high clinical value.
