摘要
目的:探讨心理资本在家庭亲密度与大学生职业决策自我效能感之间的中介作用。方法:采用家庭亲密度量表、积极心理资本问卷和大学生职业决策自我效能感量表对743名大学生进行测量,分析三者之间的关系。结果:大学生的家庭亲密度、心理资本和职业决策自我效能感两两之间相关显著;大学生家庭亲密度能正向预测心理资本和职业决策自我效能感(β=0.37,0.47;P<0.001);心理资本可正向预测职业决策自我效能感(β=0.69,P<0.001);心理资本在大学生家庭亲密度与职业决策自我效能感之间起完全中介作用。结论:大学生心理资本在家庭亲密度与职业决策自我效能感之间起完全中介作用,家庭亲密度通过心理资本的增强可以提升职业决策自我效能感。
Objective:To explore the mediating effect of psychological capital between family cohesion and career decision-making self-efficacy.Methods:A total of 743 college students were investigated with the Family Cohesion Scale,Career Decision-making Self-efficacy Scale and the questionnaire for psychological capital.Results:College students’family cohesion and career decision-making self-efficacy were significantly correlated to psychological capital;College students’family cohesion had a significantly predictively effect on the psychological capital(β=0.37,P<0.001)and career decision-making self-efficacy(β=0.47,P<0.001).Psychological capital predicted career decision-making self-efficacy(β=0.69,P<0.001).Conclusion:Psychological capital mediates the relationship between family cohesion and career decision-making self-efficacy,it indicates that career decision-making self-efficacy can be promoted by improving psychological capital.
