摘要
目的:探讨情绪行为管理训练对自闭症儿童父母元情绪理念的干预效果及其影响因素。方法:40名孤独症儿童父母被分配到情绪行为管理训练组(n=21)与控制组(n=19)。干预组被试在常规治疗基础上还接受了以应用行为分析(Applied Behavior Analysis,ABA)为指导情绪行为管理训练,为期半个月(共2节);控制组被试仅接受一般干预。两组被试在训练前(T1)后(T2)均采用父母元情绪理念量表(Parental Meta-Emotion Philosophy Scale,PMEPS)进行测量。结果:重复测量方差分析[2(前测、后测)×2(干预组、等待组)]结果显示,测量时间与组别情绪摒除(F=4.913,P<0.05,ηp^2=0.114)和情绪不干涉(F=9.826,P<0.01,ηp^2=0.205)交互作用显著。即干预组被试的情绪摒除和情绪不干涉交互作用显著,且均比控制组有显著的改善。此外父母性别和组别对情绪不干涉变化的交互作用显著(F=4.683,P=0.037,ηp^2=0.115),其中干预组母亲情绪不干涉上升程度显著高于父亲,而控制组中父母性别无显著影响。结论:情绪行为管理训练能有效改善自闭症儿童父母元情绪理念,且对母亲的干预效果强于父亲。
Objective:The study was to investigate whether emotional behavior management training can enhance parental meta-emotion philosophy for parents of children with ASD.Methods:Forty parents of children with ASD were assigned to either an emotional behavior management training group(n=21)or a control group(n=38).Besides the routine therapy,the emotional behavior management training group was enrolled in emotional behavior management courses for half a month(including 2 sessions),which was adapted from Applied Behavior Analysis,whereas the control group only engaged in the routine therapy.Parental Meta-Emotion Philosophy Scale(PMEPS)were used to measure the level of parental meta-emotion philosophy at pretreatment(T1)and posttreatment(T2).Results:Repeated-measures ANOVA showed that individuals in emotional behavior management training group revealed significantly higher improvement on emotion-dismissing(F=4.913,P<0.05)and emotion-noninvolvement(F=9.826,P<0.01)compared with their counterparts in control group.Moreover,in emotional behavior management training group,female participates revealed significantly higher improvement on emotion-noninvolvement compared with their counterparts in male participates(F=4.683,P<0.05).Conclusion:Our study demonstrates that emotional behavior management training can improve parental meta-emotion philosophy to the parents of children with ASD.The emotional behavior management training improve more rapidly on emotion-noninvolvement if participants are mother rather than father.
