摘要
目的:考察抑郁症患者心理弹性对内隐和外显自杀意念的调节作用。方法:选取94名抑郁症患者测量贝克自杀意念量表中文版(BSICV)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、心理弹性量表(CD-RISC),并通过内隐自杀意念联结测验(ISAT)考察患者的内隐自杀意念(D值)。结果:有外显自杀意念组的心理弹性总分和各维度得分均显著低于无外显自杀意念组(t=-2.73,-2.41,-2.52,-2.95;P<0.05)。心理弹性总分及各维度得分与D值显著负相关(r=-0.32,-0.32,-0.23,-0.33;P<0.05),心理弹性总分、力量性及乐观性维度得分与外显自杀意念总分显著负相关(r=-0.25,-0.29,-0.33;P<0.05)。心理弹性的乐观性维度对内隐和外显自杀意念均具有显著的预测作用(R^2=0.25,0.18;P<0.01)。结论:抑郁症患者的心理弹性与其内隐和外显自杀意念均显著相关,心理弹性的乐观维度是可以显著调节患者的自杀意念。
Objective:To investigate the relationship between resilience and implicit and explicit suicidal ideation in patients with depression.Methods:Beck Scale for Suicide Ideation-Chinese Version(BSICV),Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD),The Conner-Davidson Resilience Scale(CD-RISC)and Implicit Suicide Association Test(ISAT)were tested in patients with depression.Results:The scores of resilience and each dimension in patients with explicit suicide ideation were significantly lower than those without explicit suicide ideation(t=-2.73,-2.41,-2.52,-2.95;P<0.05).The scores of resilience and each dimension were negatively correlated with the D value(r=-0.32,-0.32,-6.23,-0.33;P<0.05).The scores of resilience,strength and optimism were negatively correlated with the scores of explicit suicide ideation(r=-0.25,-0.29,-0.33;P<0.05).The optimism had significant negative predictive effect(R^2=0.25,0.18;P<0.01).Conclusion:Resilience is significantly negatively related to implicit and explicit suicidal ideation,and optimism is an important protective factor for suicidal ideation.
