摘要
目的:探究宗教信仰对灵性应对、人生意义、心理一致感的影响机制。方法:通过网络调查平台以及团体施测的方式,采用灵性应对量表(SCS)、人生意义问卷(MLQ)和心理一致感量表(SOC)对622名被试进行问卷调查。结果:①有宗教信仰者在灵性应对(t=11.06,P<0.001)、人生意义(t=3.92,P<0.001)和心理一致感(t=2.73,P<0.05)上得分显著高于无宗教信仰者;②不同宗教信仰类别在灵性应对上差异有统计学意义(F=4.23,P<0.05);③宗教信仰与人生意义、灵性应对和心理一致感4个变量之间均存在显著相关;④宗教信仰显著正向预测心理一致感(β=0.43,P<0.001)、人生意义(β=0.33,P<0.001)和灵性应对(β=0.37,P<0.001),心理一致感显著正向预测人生意义(β=0.45,P<0.001)和灵性应对(β=0.58,P<0.001)。心理一致感在宗教信仰与人生意义间有部分中介作用,中介效应占总效应的37%,心理一致感在宗教信仰与灵性应对中都起到部分中介作用,中介效应占总效应的40%。结论:宗教信仰对灵性应对、人生意义和心理一致感产生重要影响且不同宗教信仰类别对个体灵性发展水平的影响也不同,同时心理一致感在宗教信仰对人生意义和灵性应对的影响中起到中介作用。
Objective:To explore the influence mechanism of religious belief on spiritual coping,meaning in life and sense of coherence.Methods:Through the network survey platform and group test mode,a total of 622 subjects were assessed with Spiritual Coping Scale(SCS),Meaning in Life Questionnaire(MLQ)and Sense of Coherence(SOC).Results:①The scores of religious subjects in the spiritual coping,meaning in life and sense of coherence(t=11.06,3.92,2.73;P<0.05)were significantly higher than those without religious beliefs.②The difference of score of spiritual coping in different religious beliefs was statistically significant(F=4.23,P<0.05).③There were significant correlations between religious beliefs,meaning in life,spiritual coping and sense of coherence.④Religious beliefs significantly positively predict sense of coherence,meaning in life and spiritual coping,sense of coherence significantly positively predicts meaning in life and spiritual coping(β=0.43,0.33,0.37,0.45,0.58;P<0.001).Sense of coherence has a partial mediating effect between religious beliefs and meaning in life,the mediating effect accounts for 37%.Sense of coherence has a partial mediating effect between religious beliefs and spiritual coping,the mediating effect accounts for 40%.Conclusion:Religious beliefs have an important influence on the spiritual coping,meaning in life and sense of coherence,and the influence of different religious beliefs on individual spiritual development is different.At the same time,sense of coherence plays a mediating role in the influence of religious beliefs on meaning in life and spiritual coping.
