摘要
目的:探讨及观察协同护理模式对淋巴瘤患者负性情绪及生存质量的影响。方法:选取九江市第一人民医院2019年5月-2020年12月收治的淋巴瘤患者共80例,采用随机数字表法分为两组,每组40例。对照组采用常规护理,在此基础上,观察组采用协同护理。干预6周后,比较两组患者干预前后的焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表简表(WHOQOL-BREF)评分、癌症疲乏量表(CFS)评分以及护理满意度。结果:干预后,两组SAS和SDS评分均较干预前降低,且观察组均低于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,两组WHOQOL-BREF各维度评分(生理、环境、社会关系、心理)均较干预前上升,且观察组均高于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,两组CFS各维度评分(躯体、情感和认知)及总分均较干预前降低,且观察组均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度(92.50%)显著高于对照组(70.00%)(P<0.05)。结论:将协同护理模式应用于淋巴瘤患者中,可以提高患者的生存质量,改善患者的负面情绪,减轻患者疲乏度,提高护理满意度。
Objective:To explore and observe the effect of collaborative nursing model on negative emotion and quality of life of patients with lymphoma.Method:A total of 80 patients with lymphoma admitted to the First People’s Hospital of Jiujiang City from May 2019 to December 2020 were selected and divided into two groups according to a random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received conventional nursing,and on this basis,the observation group received collaborative nursing.After 6 weeks of intervention,the self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) score,the self-rating depression scale (SDS) score,the the world health organization quality of life scale-brief form questionnaire (WHOQOL-BREF) score,the cancer fatigue scale (CFS) score before and after intervention and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Result:After the intervention,the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were lower than those before the intervention,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05);after the intervention,the scores of WHOQOL-BREF in all dimensions (physiology,environment,social relations,psychology) scores increased compared with before the intervention,those of the observation group were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05);after the intervention,the scores of all dimensions of CFS (body dimension,emotion dimension,cognition dimension) and total scores in the two groups were lower than those before the intervention,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 92.50%,which was higher than 70.00% of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of collaborative nursing model to patients with lymphoma can improve the quality of life of patients,improve negative emotions of patients,reduce fatigue of patients,and increase nursing satisfaction of patients.
