摘要
中小企业由于受到自身条件的限制,竞争能力弱,生存能力差,而大数据时代的到来,为中小企业提供了后发赶超的机会。通过分析大数据对中小企业外部环境(促进公平的竞争环境,实现市场动态的精准把握)、运营(优化企业决策、实现精准营销)、管理(优化人力资源管理、建立良好客户关系)三方面的影响,并构建大数据对中小企业影响关系图,为大数据时代中小企业的发展提供三方面建议:树立数据思维,完成数据收集;培养数据人才,保障数据处理;强化数据创新,实现数据应用。促进大数据与中小企业发展的深度融合,突破中小企业在大数据时代的发展壁垒,实现良性发展。
Constrained by their own conditions,small and medium-sized enterprises(hereinafter referred to as SMEs)are of weak competitiveness and poor survivability.The arrival of the big data era has provided SMEs with op?portunities to catch up.By analyzing the impact of big data on the external environment of SMEs(for promoting a fair competitive environment,achieving accurate prediction of market dynamics),operating(for optimizing corporate decision-making,achieving accurate marketing),management(for optimizing human resource management and es?tablishing good customer relationships),the relational diagram is built,and as a result the advice is provided for the development of SMEs in the era of big data:establishing data thinking to achieve better completing data collection;cultivating data talents to ensure data processing;strengthening data innovation to enable data applications.All these will help to promote deeper integration of big data and SMEs and better development of SMEs by breaking through the development barriers in the big data era.
