摘要
钕铁硼磁性材料是一种高性能永磁材料,它的研发和生产成功解决了此种汽车传感器小型化,轻量化,高效化,精密化等需求。粘结钕铁硼磁性材料具有优异的物理性能,优良的化学性能,和良好的工艺性能,被广泛应用于汽车传感器等精密程度较高的仪器中。由于在生产过程中,材料的选择,磁粉的表面处理和防氧化,磁粉高填充给成型加工带来的困难,所以在加工过程中我们添加了合理的添加剂以改善了材料的分散性,流动性,防腐性,相容性。由于汽车微电机,磁传感器用高性能粘结钕铁硼磁体为高附加值的产品,新应用的出现对优化粘结钕铁硼永磁产品结构,提升产业技术水平具有重要的意义,并能给塑磁生产企业带来丰厚的经济效益。
Nd Fe B magnetic material is a kind of high performance permanent magnet material,whose R & D and production successfully solve the vehicle sensor demand of miniaturization,lightweight,high efficiency,precision. Materials of bonded neodymium iron boron magnetic have excellent physical properties,excellent chemical performance,and good process of new energy,which is widely used in automotive sensor in high precision degree. Because the molding processing difficulties brought by the production process,the selection of materials,surface treatment and anti oxidation of magnetic powder,we add reasonable additive to improve the dispersion,the flow of materials,corrosion resistance,biocompatibility in the process. Because the automobile micromotor,magnetic sensor with high performance bonded Nd-Fe-B magnet are high value-added products,the emergence of new applications has the vital significance to optimize the structure of bonded Nd-Fe-B permanent magnet products,and enhance the industry technical level. Meanwhile it can bring huge economic benefits to the plastic magnet production enterprises.
