摘要
为了探索一种新型、快捷、安全的制氢途径,实验以铝、镓为原材料,采用综合热分析仪、温控仪等设备,通过控制保护气体流量、保温时间、降温速率等工艺参数,进行了mg量级和g量级的产氢用铝镓合金的制备;并对合金样品进行了化学成分、熔点等分析。实验结果表明:综合热分析仪制备获得的铝镓合金性能优于温控仪获得的合金性能;采用综合热分析仪,氩气流量大于20 mL/min,铝镓合金熔点温度以上保温4—5 h,采用缓慢冷却可以获得与水反应快速产氢的铝镓合金。
Aiming at exploring a new,fast and safe hydrogen production route,with aluminum and gallium as raw materials,the aluminum-gallium alloys in "mg-degree" and "g-degree" were prepared for hydrogen production by simultaneous thermal analysis(STA) and thermostatic stove through controlling the process parameters such as protective gas flux,holding time and cooling velocity.Some analytical methods were adopted to judge the alloys,including chemical components and melting point,etc.The result shows that the performance of aluminum-galium alloys prepared by STA is superior to that by thermostatic stove.By means of slow cooling,aluminum-gallium alloys can be obtained for quick producing hydrogen with water under the conditions of argon flux over 20 mL/min,and 4-5 h of holding time at a temperature over alloy melting point.
